Illusrigare [Prototype Demo]
Welcome to Illusrigare, mysterious city overflowing with water!
Why have you woken up in such a strange city? Why, to find someone you cherish! Someone you can't seem to remember...
And yet, you know that they are here, in this city.
In your journey to find the person you are looking for—meeting and getting to know the people in the city along the way—you may start to remember other things from your past. Some of which you may not have wanted—or just wasn't ready—to remember.
In the end, will you be able to confront what happened in your past?
A story of two people who've been separated, being able to meet each other again.
(THIS IS A PROTOTYPE DEMO! AS SUCH, MORE WILL BE ADDED IN, OPTIMIZED AND PARTS MAY BE CHANGED IN THE FINISHED VERSION! )
Update about the link to the associated survey!
The survey has been closed as of 2024/04/29, it was technically closed earlier but due to circumstances we were unable to unlink the survey earlier. Our sincerest apologies.
m(_ _;m) == (m;_ _)m
Thank you to everyone that participated in the survey and to everyone who decided to play the game!
Information about the study (click to extend for more):
Illusrigare is a part of a study about playing experience for the purpose of the developer team's bachelor thesis.
Taking part in the research is completely voluntary, and players are given the choice to participate by filling out an online survey, following the link provided at the end of the game.
The collected data will be used in a Computer Games Programme course (ending March 2024). The material gathered during the study will be handled by students and the teachers of the course. Participation is voluntary, and you can quit the study at any point if you want, for any reason. Data gathered will be anonymized and materials that cannot be anonymized will be discarded at the end of the course.
